System Support Engineer



  • Managing and monitoring all installed systems and infrastructure.
  • Installing, configuring, testing and maintaining operating systems, application software and system management tools.
  • Ensuring the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability.
  • Managing and monitoring all installed systems and infrastructure Inventory.
  • Analyze various computer operating systems and ensure better results and administer all management networking tools. 
  • Maintain and update knowledge on all LAN and WAN operating systems and assist employees in installing indoor and outdoor IT networks.
  • Develop and upgrade an efficient network and perform troubleshoot on various network processes with help of monitoring tools.
  • Evaluate and prepare quarterly survey reports to check performance of all networking systems.
  • Perform troubleshoot and resolve complicated problems in relation to LAN and WAN systems Firewall. 
  • Coordinate with departments and implement all network and system hardware and software and administer all operations.
  • Maintain all monitoring servers through active participation. maintain and ensure better network systems.
  • Coordinate with various departments and establish effective communication with service providers to provide quality service.
  • Administer and maintain Windows Active Directory, LDAP for various third-party applications.
  • Design and implement effective management information systems for various data protection systems.
  • Monitor and manage computer operation systems, provide backup and assist in technical retrieval functions.

Experience and Skills: 

  • Proven 3+ years of work experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer, IT Help Desk Technician, or similar role.
  • Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments.
  • Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products.
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues.
  • Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal.
  • Capabilities needed to deliver in-person and remote IT Support.
  • Good time management skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
