Kalatech, a cloud-based platform for music professionals in the touring, booking and publishing industries, won “Early Stage Company of the Year” at the sixth annual Nashville Technology Council Awards, held Thursday at the Country Music Hall of Fame. Kalatech serves some of the Nashville music industry’s best-known artists, songwriters, and industry members, including artists such as Blake Shelton, Jason Aldean and Luke Bryan, songwriters including Shane McAnally and Brandy Clark, and Tony Conway of booking agency Conway Entertainment Group.
